For more than 20 years, Anne Becker-Christensen has been working as an advisor within the areas of direct and indirect taxes and is an experienced and recognized tax advisor.

Anne specializes in corporate taxation and advises Danish and multina-tional corporations, foundations and associations on all matters pertaining to corporation taxation, including tax structuring of M&A trans-actions, business reorganizations and taxation of cross-border transactions. Anne also advises regularly on taxation of employee share plans and other incentive schemes. Further, Anne has profound experience in tax insurance matters. Anne also assists clients in tax audits, binding ruling procedures and tax disputes. Anne is a member of the board of the Danish Association of Tax Attorneys and thus participates actively in the monitoring and assessment of new tax legislation and tax prac-tice in Denmark.
